Connected Health is seeking a dedicated Senior Care Assistant to help deliver high-quality, compassionate homecare across Ballymena. You will oversee care runs, monitor calls, support staff induction, and assist with on-call cover, including weekends and in absence of the Area Manager.

You will maintain client records, carry out monthly reviews, conduct risk assessments, ensure PPE availability, and uphold confidentiality in line with Company policies.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months' experience in a formal care setting.
• Good communication skills, written and spoken English.
• Full driver's license and access to your own insured vehicle for business use.

Responsabilités

• Oversee care runs and monitor calls.
• Support staff induction and shadowing.
• Participate in on-call cover including weekends.
• Maintain client care records and monthly reviews.
• Ensure PPE supplies and confidentiality.
• Report staff or client concerns to Area Manager.

Connaissances

Good communication skills

Full driving license

Formation

NVQ Level 2 in Care or equivalent

NISCC registration or willingness to register
