Job summary

Maria Mallaband Care Group is seeking a compassionate Senior Care Assistant to support residents with physical, psychological and social needs in our care home. You will assist with personal care, meals and daily activities, treating residents like family and ensuring dignity at all times.

The role offers flexible full- or part-time shifts across a 7-day week to promote work-life balance. Applicants should have Level 2 in Health & Social Care and be willing to complete Level 3 upon appointment.

Qualifications

• Must have Level 2 Health & Social Care qualification.
• Willing to complete Level 3 Health & Social Care on appointment.
• Experience in senior care or care home environment preferred.
• Ability to lead a team and communicate clearly.
