Maria Mallaband Care Group Ltd is seeking a Senior Care Assistant to care for residents with physical, psychological and social needs. You will assist with personal care, hygiene and meals, and you will lead a team with a committed and organised approach.

The role offers flexible hours across a 7-day week to promote work-life balance and requires Level 2 in Health & Social Care, with Level 3 pursued after appointment.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a team within care settings.
• Level 2 Health & Social Care qualification is required.
• Level 3 Health & Social Care qualification desirable but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Care for residents' physical, psychological and social needs.
• Assist residents with personal care activities such as washing, dressing and meals.
• Support flexible hours across 7 days to maintain work-life balance.
