Job summary

Starrycare Recruitment Services in Milton Keynes is seeking experienced and compassionate Senior Carers to join our team on a part-time or full-time basis. The role requires strong leadership, a positive attitude, and a genuine passion for delivering high-quality care to clients.

Responsibilities include providing personal care, supervising Care Assistants, medication assistance per care plans, and maintaining records while safeguarding clients.

Qualifications

• At least one year of care experience.
• NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Health & Social Care is an advantage.
• Good communication and teamwork skills; caring and reliable.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and support to clients including washing, dressing, feeding, and toileting.
• Support and supervise Care Assistants where required.
• Administer or assist with medication in line with care plans.
• Monitor and record clients’ physical and emotional well-being and report any concerns.
• Assist with moving, handling, and repositioning clients safely.
• Encourage clients to participate in social and recreational activities.
• Maintain accurate care records and follow safeguarding procedures.
