Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and support to clients (washing, dressing, feeding, toileting).
• Supervise Care Assistants where required.
• Administer or assist with medication per care plans.
• Monitor and record clients' well‑being and report concerns.
• Assist with moving and repositioning clients safely.
• Encourage participation in social and recreational activities.
• Maintain care records and follow safeguarding procedures.

SUMMARY OF KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Requirements
