Responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal care tasks (washing, dressing, eating, toileting).
• Perform light housekeeping tasks.
• Assist in safe lifting, transferring and positioning of clients.
• Observe and monitor clients’ wellbeing and report changes to management.
• Record and communicate changes to senior staff promptly.
• Encourage social and recreational activities for clients.
