Qualifications

• Qualified to Level 3 in Health & Social Care (essential).
• Experience in elderly care or dementia support.
• Willing to continue learning and developing professionally.

Responsabilités

• Lead and support the care team to deliver high-quality care.
• Administer medication safely and accurately.
• Monitor residents’ wellbeing and update care records.
• Liaise with healthcare professionals and families.
• Support residents with personal care, meals, and daily activities.
• Ensure the home remains clean, safe, and welcoming.
• Promote dignity, independence, and choice for every resident.
• Participate in audits, inspections, and team meetings.
