Registered Manager in Leicester is being sought. The role offers £55,000-£60,000 plus a £20k+ performance bonus, with the backing of a dedicated team as the home prepares to register for nursing.

We need a resilient, long-term leader who will stay and build continuity in a 40–50 bed home with around 50 staff. Nursing background is welcome but not essential, as a Clinical Lead will join the team.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years in care management including CQC Registered Manager experience.
• Proven track record of stabilising homes and teams.
• Level 5 Leadership and Management qualification.
• Nursing background welcome but not essential; a Clinical Lead joins alongside.
