Job summary

Real Recruitment Solutions is seeking a Registered Care Home Manager for a medium-sized residential home in Exeter. The role involves leading a dedicated team and upholding high standards of elder care.

You will be NVQ Level 5 qualified in Health and Social Care with proven leadership, strong communication, and capability in care planning, risk assessments, and medication management to ensure excellent resident outcomes.

Qualifications

• Be qualified to NVQ Level 5 in Health and Social Care and have previous experience in residential setting, preferably with elderly care.
• Excellent problem solving and communication skills.
• Ability to provide a high-quality service to all the residents.
• Previous experience with team management, staff appraisals, care planning, risk assessments and medication management.
• Have knowledge of CQC policies and procedures.
