Real Recruitment Solutions is seeking a Registered Care Home Manager for a full-time role in Exeter. The successful candidate will lead a medium-sized residential home, ensuring high standards of elderly care and regulatory compliance.

The role requires NVQ Level 5 in Health and Social Care, prior residential experience, and strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills to manage staff, care planning, risk assessments, and medication management effectively.

Qualifications

Our client; a highly reputable care provider; is looking to recruit an ambitious and hardworking health care professional, who is passionate about delivering the best standards of care for elderly residents to take on the role of the Residential Care Home Manager in a medium sized Residential Care Home in Exeter.

As Registered Care Home Manager you will:

• Be qualified to NVQ Level 5 in Health and Social Care and have previous experience in residential setting, preferably with elderly care.
• Have excellent problem solving and communication skills
• Ability to provide a high-quality service to all the residents
• Previous experience with team management, staff appraisals, care planning, risk assessments and medication management
• Have knowledge of CQC policies and procedures
