Job summary

The Royal British Legion is seeking an Assistant Deputy Manager for Galanos House. You will support the Deputy Manager in day-to-day leadership across residential, dementia and nursing services, ensuring high standards and person-centred care.

You will work with colleagues to respond to inquiries, support admissions, and contribute to CQC ratings and KPIs, while promoting a resident-first approach and voice for residents and families.

Qualifications

• Experience in leading care teams delivering person-centred services.
• Ability to contribute to service improvements and maintain high standards.
• Strong communication skills with residents, families and staff.

Responsibilities

• Support the Deputy Manager with day-to-day leadership and development of Galanos House.
• Help drive resident-focused care and respond to enquiries, concerns and complaints.
• Contribute to CQC ratings and KPIs and ensure smooth admission processes for new residents.
