Maria Mallaband Care Group is looking for a Senior Care Assistant to help care for residents in Bedford. You will support with personal care, dressing, meals, and day-to-day activities, treating residents with dignity and respect and working to maintain their independence.

We value compassionate, reliable team players who can lead a small care team, adapt to flexible shifts across the week, and communicate clearly with colleagues, residents and families.

Qualifications

• Must have Level 2 Health & Social Care qualification and senior care experience.
• Willing to complete Level 3 Health & Social Care qualification after appointment.

Responsibilities

• Care for residents' physical, psychological and social needs.
• Assist with personal care, dressing, hygiene and meals.
• Lead a care team and support flexible shifts.
