Qualifications

• Proven experience in a care setting at a senior level is preferred.
• Compassionate and reliable with a genuine desire to help.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to administer medication safely and accurately.

Responsibilities

• Deliver person-centred care to residents, promoting independence and dignity.
