In this vital role you will provide high-quality support and personalized care to residents in assisted living, nursing homes, or home & community care settings. You will be responsible for assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs), monitoring patient health, and ensuring compliance with care plans and safety protocols. Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility using equipment like Hoyer lifts when necessary

• Administer medications following prescribed care plans while adhering to HIPAA regulations and safety standards
• Support residents during meal preparation, feeding, and nutrition management in accordance with dietary guidelines

• Perform light housekeeping duties, including cleaning resident areas, to uphold hygiene standards

Experience
