| Salary £24,404 - £25,183 Per annum | Permanent, Part Time, 23.5 hours per week | Pro Rata

As a Senior Care Assistant, you will need to hold an NVQ level 2 or equivalent in health and social care and be willing to complete level 3. In addition, you will have experience leading, coaching and motivating a team to deliver high quality care.

Our committed team provides care to more than 1,000 adults across Lancashire. It runs16 Care Homes and 13 Day Centreswhere the team provides support for older people, adults living with dementia and their families.
