As a Senior Care Assistant, you should hold an NVQ Level 2 or equivalent in health and social care and be willing to complete Level 3. Experience leading, coaching, and motivating a team to deliver high-quality care is essential.

Our dedicated team provides care to over 1,000 adults across Lancashire, supporting older people, adults living with dementia, and their families in 16 Care Homes and 13 Day Centres.
