Hartford Care is seeking a Night Senior Care Assistant to provide high quality, person-centred care to residents overnight, upholding privacy, dignity and independence. You will supervise the night shift, lead the team, and hand over to the morning staff to ensure a warm, safe and supportive environment.

As a Night Senior Care Assistant, you will provide high quality, individualised care and support to residents during the night time, promoting each person’s privacy, dignity and independence, be responsible for supervising and leading the shift and team members, and working together as a team to create a happy and caring atmosphere.
Whether you are carrying out a direct observation on a care assistant supporting someone to have a late night snack, checking that a resident’s turning chart has been completed, giving a detailed handover to the morning team, or assisting a resident to get ready for bed in the evening, you will do so with care at the heart of everything you do.
