Job summary

HC-One is seeking a Senior Care Assistant in West Yorkshire to lead a team and deliver person-centred care across dementia, nursing, residential and specialist settings. You will plan and implement care that promotes security, dignity and independence for residents, while building strong relationships with families.

The role requires leading a team of Care Assistants, ensuring high standards of care, and supporting the Registered Nurse and Care Manager.

Qualifications

• Level 2 Diploma S/NVQ in Adult Social Care or equivalent.
• Willingness to work toward Level 3 qualification in Adult Social Care.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Care Assistants and maintain high standards of care.
• Plan and implement personalised care plans for residents.
• Assist with medication administration and support Registered Nurse and Care Manager.
• Keep accurate records and communicate with residents and families.
• Provide physical and mental stimulation through social activities.
