Job summary

Agincare's Cordelia Care Home in Fareham is seeking an experienced care professional to deliver and lead high-quality, person-centred care for residents in a supportive, home-like setting.

You will assist residents with personal care, administer medications safely, and contribute to and review care plans. The role includes leading activities and coordinating with a caring, confident team, with two 36-hour contracts (days and nights) including alternate weekends.

Qualifications

• 12 months’ right to work in the UK
• Level 2 Health & Social Care (or working towards Level 3)
• 1 x Days 36 hours per week contract, including alternate weekends
• 1 x Nights 36 hours per week contract, including alternate weekends
• A caring, confident team player with leadership qualities

Responsibilities

• Deliver and lead high-quality, person-centred care
• Support residents with personal care, dignity, and independence
• Administer medication safely and accurately
• Contribute to and review care plans
• Lead activities, outings, and meaningful engagement
• Support and guide team members, stepping up when needed
