Job summary

Bowood Court Care Home in Redditch is seeking a Senior Care Assistant to lead the care team and deliver person-centred care. You will administer medications, contribute to care plans, and supervise care staff while ensuring residents' wellbeing and dignity across day and night shifts.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care is essential; willingness to achieve NVQ Level 3.
• Experience as Senior Care Assistant, Team Leader or experienced Care Assistant in care home/healthcare settings.
• Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities
