Highgate Care Services Ltd is seeking a Senior Care Assistant for Rastrick Hall & Grange in Brighouse. The role involves leading care delivery, supervising junior staff, and supporting residents with daily living while ensuring dignity and comfort.

Responsabilités

• Ensure the highest levels of care by supporting Residents with daily living.
• Support training and supervision of junior staff under supervision of senior staff.
• Assist Residents with all care needs (physical, emotional, spiritual) while maintaining dignity.
• Assist Residents with limited mobility and use of aids.
• Monitor Residents who are confused or have behavioural problems.
• Assist in promotion of continence and delivery of care for residents with progressive illness.
• Complete and review care planning needs and maintain daily records.
• Assist in social activities and help Residents continue hobbies and activities in the Home.
• Answer nurse call system, door, and telephone and pass on messages promptly.
• Report on residents’ well-being and liaise with GPs and Support Managers.
