Highgate Care in Keighley is seeking a Care Assistant to join Sutton Hall & Lodge Care Home. The role focuses on person-centred care, dignity and resident wellbeing in a small, compassionate group.

As part of the team, you will support daily living, assist residents with mobility and daily routines, keep records, and help residents engage in activities. Training and career progression are offered within the organisation.

Qualificações

• Prior care experience is a bonus but personality and values matter
• Ability to maintain dignity and respect for residents
• Willingness to work flexible evenings and weekends

Responsabilidades

• Assist residents with daily living activities including washing, toileting, dressing and undressing
• Support residents with physical, emotional and spiritual needs while ensuring comfort and dignity
• Monitor residents with limited mobility and assist with use of aids
• Record daily care notes and participate in care planning as required
• Support residents' social activities and hobbies within the home
• Answer nurse call system and communicate with team to pass on messages
