Job summary

Hill Care is seeking a compassionate Senior Care Assistant to join our care home team in Newcastle upon Tyne. You will support residents with daily living activities, implement care plans, and supervise junior staff to maintain high standards of care.

The role requires strong communication, leadership, and a genuine passion for helping residents. NVQ Level 2 Health & Social Care (or equivalent) is preferred, along with experience in residential and nursing settings.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and ability to supervise a team.
• Proven care experience in senior care roles.
• Familiarity with IT systems for record keeping.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• NVQ Level 2 Health & Social Care or equivalent.

Responsibilities
