Care Concern Group is seeking a Senior Care Assistant for Gittisham Hill House Care Home in Honiton. The role involves guiding a care team to deliver safe, person-centred care and taking responsibility for shift operations and care quality.

You will oversee medication, monitor residents’ wellbeing and maintain accurate records while working with families and healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care (minimum).
• Medication administration training with competency is essential.
• Experience supporting or leading a care team is beneficial.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• A caring, compassionate and professional approach.
