Gittisham Hill House Care Home is a 38 bed care home set within the peaceful surroundings of Gittisham Hill Park in Honiton, Devon. Providing residential, nursing and dementia care, the home offers a welcoming and family focused environment with bright living spaces, landscaped gardens and comfortable areas for Residents to relax, socialise and enjoy their interests. As a Care Assistant, you will make a meaningful difference in our residents lives everyday. This role is central to delivering high quality, person centred care that supports dignity, independence and overall wellbeing.
You will support individuals with daily living including personal care, mobility, nutrition and emotional wellbeing, helping them feel comfortable, respected and valued. By following care plans and recognising changes in condition, you will contribute to safe, responsive and consistent care.
Working as part of a supportive team, you will help create a warm and positive environment where relationships matter and people feel truly cared for. This opportunity is open to both experienced carers and those new to care, with full training, guidance and ongoing development provided to support your journey.
