Gittisham Hill House Care Home is seeking a Senior Care Assistant for a night shift to supervise and guide a caring team, ensuring safe, person-centred care for residents in a 38-bed setting in Honiton, Devon.

You will oversee medication administration, monitor residents' wellbeing, and maintain accurate records while communicating with families and healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care (minimum), Level 3 desirable or willingness to work towards
• Medication administration training with competency is essential
• Experience supporting or leading a care team is beneficial
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• A caring, compassionate and professional approach
