Job summary

Agincare is seeking a Home Carer to support clients in their own homes. You’ll assist with daily routines, personal care, shopping, meals, and provide companionship with a caring, respectful approach.

We offer flexible contracts, funded training up to QCF level 5, refer-a-friend rewards, on-demand pay, and a pension. A minimum 12 months remaining on your right to work in the UK is required, and visa sponsorship is not available.

Qualifications

• Warm, caring and compassionate approach to supporting others.
• Strong people skills and ability to build meaningful relationships.
• Flexible to work alternating weekends and remain professional within a team.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily routines, household tasks and personal care.
• Help with shopping, meals, and providing a comforting cup of tea.
• Provide companionship and listening ear to clients.
• Support with medication where required.
