Barchester Healthcare is seeking a Bank Senior Care Assistant for a care home in the UK. The role is casual, part-time with flexible hours and involves supervising Care Assistants alongside the Deputy General Manager.

You will assist the clinical team in areas like medication, assessments, care plans and reviews, always upholding residents’ dignity and preferences. We look for warm, compassionate individuals with NVQ Level 3 or equivalent and knowledge of elderly clinical care.

Qualifications

• You should have an NVQ Level 3 or Advanced Diploma in Health & Social Care.
• Knowledge of clinical care for the elderly is required.

• Supervise and inspire a team of Care Assistants alongside the Deputy General Manager.
