Senior Care Assistant Days Part Time Neale Court Care Home in Lincoln LN6, Part of The Country Court Family

Hours: Days 22 Hours per week, working weekends on rota (Shift Times 08:00-20:00)

Neale Court Care home in Lincoln is a welcoming and homely environment for those with a variety of needs. The home is small and cosy, allowing us to create a real family atmosphere friendly and our compassionate staff led by the Manager are on hand 24 hours a day to ensure that they are safe and well looked after.

ABOUT THE SENIOR CARE ASSISTANT ROLE

Within your role as a Senior Care Assistant, you can really make a difference to our residents' lives. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Aiding residents emotional well-being and social needs
  • Administration and monitoring of medications to residents.
  • Supporting residents at meals time
  • Mentor & assist new employees.
  • Implement, monitor and review care plans to meet residents specific needs.
  • Plan, allocate & supervise the work of the team of care assistants

  • Experience as a Senior Care Assistant & leading a team.

  • NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social care or willing to work towards this.
  • Great communication skills, both written & verbal.
