Care Assistant (Days) Part Time (Late) for Primrose House, Hull

We are currently recruiting for a Care Assistant (Days) Part Time / Lates to professionally and thoughtfully deliver care during any span of duty, ensuring that a safe, effective, and efficient care service is maintained which meets the needs of our residents. To provide care to residents in accordance with their individually assessed needs to a high standard.

You must have the following qualifications
  • Care Certificate
  • NVQ qualification is preferred but not essential
We are looking for someone with the following experience
  • Experience of working with older people
  • Knowledge and use of assessment tools
  • Understanding care planning processes
  • Use of Electronic Care Planning
We are looking for someone with the following technical skills
  • IT Literate
  • Good organisational skills
  • Good communication skills both written and verbal
  • Ability to contribute to, monitor, and implement changes that improve service delivery and outcomes for residents
