Job summary

Hartford Care Ltd is seeking a Senior Care Assistant (Days) to join our team at Aldergrove Manor. You will provide high-quality personal care, support residents, and lead a team of care staff, ensuring person-centred care and a warm, compassionate environment.

Training is a key focus from day one, and you’ll be supported to develop your skills. The role is on-site, with regular daytime hours for a 36-hour week and a competitive hourly rate.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a senior carer in a care or nursing home is essential.
• Experience with adult complex care is preferred.
• Medication trained.
• NVQ 3 in Health and Social Care or working towards.

The role of a SeniorCare Assistant is to provide high quality personal care, support our residents needs and provide person-centred care whilst also being confident in leading a team of care staff. You need to be kind, compassionate and want to make a difference to our residents lives. We pride ourselves on training, and you will receive training from your first day of work.
