Job summary

The ideal candidate will have previous senior carer experience in a care or nursing home, medication training, and be committed to person-centred care. We offer training from day one, DBS checks, and pension support.

Qualifications

The role of a SeniorCare Assistant is to provide high quality personal care, support our residents needs and provide person‑centred care whilst also being confident in leading a team of care staff. You need to be kind, compassionate and want to make a difference to our residents lives. We pride ourselves on training, and you will receive training from your first day of work.

The ideal candidate:

• Previous experience as a senior carer in a care or nursing home is essential

• Medication trained
• NVQ 3 in Health and Social Care or working towards
