You will need to manage a team of staff, complete care records and administer medications throughout the day using electronic systems.

A caring nature and a genuine interest in helping others is essential. You must be able to work using your own initiative without supervision over a 7 day rota. Previous senior care experience is preferable. An NVQ3 in Health and Social Care is preferred but not essential, as we provide all our staff with a wide range of training, plus access to Level 3 qualifications in Health and Social Care.
