Sterling Cross Trading LLP seeks a Senior Care Assistant in Wirral to lead and support a team in delivering high-quality, person-centred care for older residents, including those with dementia.

You will oversee daily activities, care planning and medication support, while promoting a friendly, supportive team environment and delivering hands-on care.

Formación

• Must have prior residential care home experience and a passion for high quality care.
• NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care is required; Level 2 acceptable with commitment to upgrade to Level 3.
• Unrestricted UK Right to Work; note: role not eligible for visa sponsorship.
• Free uniform provided; comprehensive induction and ongoing training.

Are you an experienced Care Assistant ready to take the next step into a senior role?

A well-established residential care service in Wirral is looking for a Senior Care Assistant to join its team, supporting older residents, including those living with dementia.

You’ll deliver hands-on, person-centred care while leading and supporting Care Assistants, overseeing daily activities, care planning and medication support to ensure high standards of care.

About You

• Previous residential care home experience
• NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care, or NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care with willingness to work towards NVQ Level 3
• Unrestricted UK Right to Work; please note, this role is not eligible for visa sponsorship
