Job description

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Senior Care Assistant or a Care Assistant looking to progress their career. You will be responsible for delivering the highest quality of care to our residents, observing and reviewing care plans, assisting with social activities, and supporting the training and supervision of junior and new colleagues. You will be part of a supportive and inclusive community within our homes, working to create a personal, homely environment for our residents and their families.

Main duties of the job

As a Senior Care Assistant, you will be responsible for delivering the highest quality levels of care to our residents. This includes observing, reviewing, and finalising care planning needs, assisting, and coming up with ideas for social activities, and supporting the training and supervision of junior and new colleagues in an Akari value-driven way. You will be a key part of the care team, helping to create a home-like atmosphere for our residents and their families.
