Job summary

Wold Haven Residential in Pocklington is seeking an experienced Senior Care Assistant to lead a shift and ensure residents receive compassionate, high-quality care. You will work within a team to support older residents, maintaining a homely environment and promoting well-being.

The role offers enhanced payments for weekend hours and opportunities for professional development within the East Riding of Yorkshire Council.

• Work on a rota that includes weekend shifts, with casual or flexible hours as requested.

In addition to the salary, this role attracts enhanced payments, which include:

• Time and a half for all weekend hours.
• Time and a third for weekdays hours worked between 20.00 and 23.00 (late shifts end at 23.00).
