Job summary

Care UK is seeking a compassionate Care Assistant in Woking to support residents in their everyday lives. The role is 44 hours per week, including every other weekend, paying £13.45 per hour. The environment aims to be supportive and nurturing for professional and personal growth.

Qualifications

• Compassionate and empathetic care assistant with a genuine desire to support residents.
• Ability to communicate clearly and listen to residents’ needs.
• Dependable, respectful and patient when assisting with daily activities.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily living activities and personal care as required.
• Provide companionship and monitor residents for changes in wellbeing.
