Job summary

Akari Care is seeking a dedicated Senior Care Assistant or Care Assistant to join our supportive community. You will work alongside care teams to deliver high‑quality resident care, observe and finalize care plans, and help develop social activities while coaching junior colleagues in an Akari value‑driven way.

We look for individuals with a caring nature, strong communication, flexibility, and a warm, engaging persona who respect every resident as part of their personal home.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid NVQ LV2 or LV3.
• Experience as Senior Care Assistant or Care Assistant.
• Able to support training and supervision of junior staff.
• Aligned with Akari Care values and person-centered care.

Working alongside the care assistants, you will be responsible for delivering the highest quality levels of care to our residents.
