Job summary

Akari Care is seeking an experienced Senior Care Assistant or Care Assistant ready to progress. You will work with care teams to deliver high-quality resident care, support care planning, and contribute to social activities.

You will supervise junior colleagues in line with Akari values and help maintain a warm home-like environment. We value flexible, empathetic carers who build strong relationships with residents and families.

Job description

Working alongside the care assistants, you will be responsible for delivering the highest quality levels of care to our residents. This includes observing, reviewing, and finalising care planning needs, assisting, and producing ideas for social activities and supporting the training and supervision of junior and new colleagues in an Akari value driven way.
