Every team member understands that our residents are individuals with their own stories, and joining us offers a wonderful opportunity to give back to these individuals.

Your role will involve planning and delivering care that promotes residents' security, dignity, and independence. You will get to know residents and their families, helping to ensure personalized care plans are delivered effectively.

You will support the Registered Nurse and Care Manager in providing physical and mental stimulation through social and recreational activities, and administering medication.

A key part of your role is to maintain accurate records and build strong team relationships.

Ideally, you will have completed a Level 2 Diploma in Adult Care or equivalent and be prepared to work towards Level 3. Experience in person-centered care planning and caring for people with dementia is preferred. The most important qualities are your positive energy, ability to get along with people, good record-keeping skills, effective time management, and kindness in communication.
