Job summary

Healthcare Homes Group in the UK is seeking a dedicated Senior Care Assistant for The Hillings, St Neots. This 24-hour-per-week role includes day shifts from 8am to 8pm and alternate weekends, with a hourly rate of £14.10.

You will support residents with personal care, companionship and medication administration while maintaining records and guiding the care team. We offer extensive training through the Healthcare Homes Academy, a company pension, generous holiday entitlement, Refer a Friend

Senior Care Assistant

What would a typical day look like?

• Supporting individuals with personal care (hygiene, washing, dressing, etc.)
• Providing companionship and offering social interaction
• Maintaining accurate resident records
• Administering prescribed medication and updating medication charts as applicable
• Supporting and leading our existing care team
