Job summary

Nurse Seekers Ltd is supporting a well-established Residential Care Home in St Leonards-on-Sea to recruit a Senior Lead Carer. You will lead a care team, mentor colleagues and ensure high-quality, person-centred support for residents.

The role is 42 hours per week on a rota of three 12-hour shifts and one 6-hour shift, with a competitive hourly salary of £14.00–£15.00 plus paid breaks and ongoing training. Visa sponsorship is not available; applicants must have the right to work in the UK.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Senior Care Assistant or Senior Carer
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Experience administering medication (highly desirable)
• NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care (desirable)
