Job summary

Care UK in Sauchie, Scotland is seeking a compassionate Senior Care Assistant to support residents and staff in their everyday lives. You will enjoy taking a leadership role and encouraging development and growth within your team.

Join our 48 bedded home providing learning disability, dementia and nursing care. You will help deliver person-centred care with empathy and ensure a safe, respectful environment for residents.

Qualifications

• Lead and motivate a care team to deliver high-quality resident care.
