Our Client has a beautiful nursing home, nestled away in the village of Rocester, near Uttoxeter, Staffordshire. This peaceful, warm, and friendly home was originally a beautiful Grade II listed manor house, which has been tastefully converted and retains many original features. They offer an exceptional high standard of care, coupled with state-of-the-art equipment, making this home a great working environment for staff members.

Position: Senior Care Assistant

Due to their focus on delivering the highest standard of care, they are now seeking a Senior Care Assistant of the highest standard to further enhance their team.

Requirements:

1. Experience as a Senior Care Assistant in a care home environment.
2. Ability to assess all aspects of each Resident’s care needs and maintain accurate records.
3. Deliver care professionally through direct care.
4. Lead and supervise a multidisciplinary team effectively.
5. Possess a kind, caring, and calm approach.
6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
7. Ability to establish and maintain relationships with Residents, relatives, and colleagues.
