Job summary

Lunardi Court Care Home in Cupar, Scotland is seeking a Senior Care Assistant to join our nights team on a full-time contract of 33 hours per week. You will work closely with the wider care team to coordinate shifts and deliver high-quality nursing care for up to 40 residents.

The role involves supporting medication administration, monitoring residents' wellbeing and ensuring care plans are followed safely.

Qualifications

• Previous experience working within a care environment is essential.
• SVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care minimum, ideally Level 3 or willingness to work towards further qualifications.
• Medication administration training and competency is beneficial.
• Confidence supporting colleagues and helping coordinate shifts.
• Strong communication skills and ability to lead by example.
• Compassionate, professional and reliable approach towards delivering excellent care.

Responsibilities
