About The Role

As a Senior Care Assistant at HC One, kindness will be at the core of everything you do. It influences all aspects of our Dementia, Nursing, Residential, and Specialist care homes. Note: Currently, we have only night shifts available, full-time positions within this home.

You will plan and deliver care that provides residents with security, dignity, and independence. Building relationships with residents and their families, you will ensure personalized care plans. Leading a team of Care Assistants, you will uphold high standards of care and positively influence your team. Tasks include assisting with mobility, end-of-life care, communication with families, and administering medication, always with kindness.

You'll also be involved in providing physical and mental stimulation through social and recreational activities, and maintaining accurate records. Ideally, you will have completed a Level 2 Diploma in Adult Care or equivalent, with experience in person-centered care planning and dementia care. Your positive energy, time management skills, and considerate communication are essential.
