Job summary

Public Health Wales is seeking an Information Analyst Specialist to join the Wales Cancer Registry and deliver high-quality cancer intelligence supporting patient care, service planning, research, and policy development.

You will work with complex healthcare datasets, provide expert analytical and technical support, and contribute to development of cancer registry services in Wales. Welsh language is desirable and flexible working is welcome.

Qualifications

• Experienced data and information professional with a focus on health data, cancer registration, and population health intelligence.
• Ability to work with complex datasets, perform validation, linkage, and interpretation.
• Collaborates with stakeholders to provide specialist advice and support research and policy development.
• Welsh language desirable; Welsh and/or English speakers welcome.
