Job summary

O2 Business is seeking a Senior Communications Manager to drive customer and prospect communications. You will optimise email campaigns, analyze performance, and manage UC marketing materials while ensuring GDPR/PECR compliance and accurate website content.

The role focuses on delivering engaging digital content, sharp copy, and a high standard of attention to detail. Collaboration across teams and stakeholders is essential to drive growth.

Qualifications

• Experience with HubSpot or similar CRM/email platform.
• Proven copywriting skills across digital channels.
• Strong email campaign management experience.
• Excellent attention to detail in all deliverables.
• Able to communicate clearly with colleagues at all levels of the organization.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and optimise prospecting email campaigns to drive engagement, lead generation and growth.
• Analyse campaign performance and provide insights to improve results.
• Manage execution of all customer communications within the UC portfolio, ensuring timely delivery.
• Ensure GDPR/PECR compliance across marketing activities.
• Create and maintain website content within the UC area, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Act as main contact for UC marketing materials and collateral updates.
