Job summary

Dr. Barbara Sturm seeks a senior Campaign & Content Director for a 12-month maternity-cover contract. You will lead day-to-day creative delivery across campaigns and content, owning photography, film and post-production.

Global campaigns, shoots, and team leadership are core to the role. Collaborate with Brand & Creative leadership to ensure premium, social-first content and cohesive brand storytelling across markets, channels, and formats.

Qualifications

• Significant senior creative experience within luxury, beauty, fashion or a premium lifestyle brand.
• Proven track record across global campaigns, photography, film, and content.
• Excellent visual judgement and a sophisticated understanding of luxury creative.
• Extensive experience leading shoots, productions and post-production.
• Experience managing multidisciplinary creative teams and senior creatives.
• Strong understanding of social-first, digital and performance content.
• Excellent communication, presentation and stakeholder-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the creative development of global brand, product and commercial campaigns.
• Translate marketing objectives and brand strategy into distinctive creative concepts.
• Lead photography, film, video and content production from concept through shoot to delivery.
• Direct shoots and productions in the UK and internationally.
• Manage Content, Video/Post-Production and Creative/Digital teams.
• Provide clear creative direction and feedback throughout development.
