Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the CAMHS Intensive Community Support Team to deliver high-quality services in the community
• Provide bespoke care plans via consultation to reduce hospital admissions where possible
• Demonstrate sound decision-making and problem-solving in complex cases
• Demonstrate effective delegation and leadership of team members
• Deliver highly specialised education within AMHS Intensive Community Support Team
• Oversee budget management and reporting to commissioners as required
